Niggun Ga'aguim: Melody of Yearning
Shlomo Katz and Rabbi Lazer play one of Rabbi Lazer's original melodies known as the "Niggun Ga'aguim," or melody of yearning.
Sometimes a person tries to speak to Hashem, longing to pour his or her heart out, but the words don't come. When you get too choked up to speak, hum this melody- first the tears will come, then your heart will open up and the words will come pouring forth.

The one week plan.
This weeks episode of Lazer Beams is incredible. This is a great show for both Jews and Non Jews. Believers and non believers. Rabbi Lazer Brody is an incredible teacher based on the teachings of Rebbe Nachman of Breslev. He's truly influenced and helped my life. I would not be where I am without his help and many others can attest to the same. I definitely recommend Listening to this show. And once again Shabbat Shalom with love and blessings!

Ancient Shivta, Negev Desert
Since the vastness of the desert teaches us our insignificance, it is consequently conducive to humility. But, even something so simple and humble as a Bedouin flute - a reed with six holes - can play sweet music when used properly.
In the video, Rabbi Lazer is wearing a Bedouin "kaffiyeh" - this is not making any political statement - it's just good protection from the blazing sun and searing winds of the desert.
