I had not seen that video but thanks to you i have now. Good for you for getting over your internal anger. If you've done that than you're already very into Judaism. That's a wonderful jewish trait. The person who made this video you saw here Like a Vineyard is named Rabbi Lazer Brody. The Trail to tranquility is great for ridding yourself of anger.
